I love Boy Scouts because I get to spend time outdoors, learn new skills, and bond with friends while having fun on adventures. It’s an opportunity to spend time outdoors and learn practical skills. I enjoy camping trips where I can hike, fish, and make memories with friends. The camaraderie among the scouts makes every adventure special, whether it's working together to set up tents or cooking over a campfire. I really appreciate how the experience teaches me responsibility and teamwork, and I look forward to each meeting filled with new challenges and fun activities.
This was the first ever campout I went to as a Boy Scout and it was somehow the amazing USS Iowa. This battleship was super cool with a guide showing us all the different rooms that presidents were in and the armory. I learn a lot on that trip and most importantly, had a lot of fun!
Me and the rest of Troop 214 went up to Camp Emerson for a fun snow camp, little did anyone know, that it was gonna have the best snow in decades. The snow are 3 feet deep and really fluffy. We had so much fun with relays, sledding, and football. This was my favorite camp as a Boy Scout by FAR.
This was my first ever backpacking trip. Backpacking is where you have everything you need for a camp in one backpack, you have your tent, your sleeping bag, and your food. This was one of the most physically demanding trips but also a very memorable and fun trip.
